Mullin Commerce — FAQs

Useful things to know

A little clarity
before we start.

Answers about the studio, website projects, monthly support and the way the work is scoped.

Getting started

What does Mullin Commerce do?

I design and build Shopify websites, improve existing store experiences and create email and website content. Projects range from product-led retail to specialist business websites.

Who will I work with?

You work directly with Rafi Mullin, the founder of Mullin Commerce. It is an independent studio, not a large agency with a separate account-management team.

Do I need a finished brief?

No. Share what the business does, the current website if you have one, what needs to improve and any important timing. We can use that to work out the next questions.

Where are you based?

I am based in Oxfordshire, UK. The working arrangements for your project are agreed at the start.

Websites & platforms

Do you only build Shopify shops?

No. The portfolio also includes healthcare and consultancy websites built on Shopify. The right structure depends on what the business needs people to understand or do.

Can you redesign an existing Shopify site?

Yes. Depending on the current setup, the right scope may be a redesign, a set of focused improvements or a larger rebuild.

Can you move a site from another platform?

Migration can form part of a website project. Existing content, functionality, products and URLs need reviewing before the migration scope is confirmed.

Will I be able to update the site?

The agreed handover covers the parts you need to maintain. How content and templates are structured is discussed during the project, so maintenance needs inform the build.

Do you supply all the copy and photography?

Content responsibilities are agreed in the proposal. Writing and creative support can be included, while photography, licensed imagery or specialist content may need separate arrangements.

Scope & pricing

What does a website cost?

Website builds start from £5,000. The final quote depends on the page scope, content, functionality, migration and delivery requirements.

What are the monthly options?

Advisory is £300 per month, Growth is £700 per month and Managed Growth is £1,200 per month. The proposal confirms the actual work and delivery allowance.

What is the difference between the monthly plans?

Advisory focuses on direction and priorities. Growth adds agreed implementation. Managed Growth provides a broader programme across agreed website and marketing work.

Are apps, subscriptions and tax included?

Third-party costs are separate unless expressly included. Any applicable tax treatment and the payment terms are confirmed in the quote.

Is monthly work unlimited?

No. The delivery allowance, review arrangements and priorities are agreed in the proposal. Extra work is discussed before it is added.

Delivery & results

How long will it take?

The timeline depends on the scope, the availability of content and the review process. A realistic sequence is agreed after the requirements have been understood.

Can you guarantee sales growth?

No. A website is one part of a business. The work can improve clarity, presentation and customer journeys, but sales, rankings and campaign performance are affected by many factors.

Is every portfolio project finished?

No. Each project is labelled. Padel World is shown as in development, Golden Age of Tennis is ongoing work, and BeClassic is a founder project.

Can you keep helping after launch?

Yes, ongoing support can be discussed under Advisory, Growth or Managed Growth. The proposal defines the scope and the way of working.
